Nate Diaz vs Jake Paul is finally done with but the former UFC star didn’t get the result he expected in his first-ever boxing match. He lost the fight via a unanimous decision while lasting the entire 10 rounds. Meanwhile, the Stockton native shared his first message following the loss in a post on Twitter (X).

In a fight where many people thought the Stockton native wouldn’t last the entire fight, Nate Diaz showed tremendous determination against a much more experienced Jake Paul. The match nearly ended in the first round. However, the 38-year-old bounced back to complete the entire fight as ‘The Problem Child’ failed to knock him out. Now, Nate Diaz shared a message for the masses in regard to boxing.

Nate Diaz nearly got himself disqualified for using some MMA moves on his opponent. In the ninth round, as the round came to a close, the former UFC star was cornered by Jake Paul. Just then, he tried to get him into a guillotine choke, but the referee intervened and he let go of ‘The Problem Child’. However, Nate Diaz has clapped back at his critics in a tweet. He said, “Most people don’t know sh*t about boxing.”

Nate Diaz claims to know more about boxing than most of his critics. Moreover, it is important to note that the Stockton native lasted more than most of Paul’s previous MMA opponents. ‘The Problem Child’ even mentioned the toughness of Diaz after the fight and called him a warrior. But what is next for the former UFC star? Is he coming back to MMA? Apparently, he does plan to fight inside the Octagon again.

Will the Stockton native rematch Jake Paul in an MMA?

After their fight, Jake Paul mentioned that he wanted to give Diaz a fair chance. He proposed an MMA bout for $10 million inside the PFL’s Smart Cage. Earlier this year, Paul signed a multi-fight deal with the PFL to fight in their new ‘Super Fight division. That’s where he wants to fight Nate Diaz in an MMA bout.

Nate Diaz didn’t know how to respond to the PFL invitation since he could find himself back in the UFC. Moreover, his former rival Conor McGregor mentioned his interest in a trilogy fight, which could prove to be a big-money match considering the history between the two MMA icons.

Nate Diaz has proven to be a big draw even at the age of 38. He is still planning to continue fighting and fans will get to see him back in action.
