How did Francis Ngannou respond to Tyson Fury?
While having a small conversation with TMZ Sports on YouTube, Ngannou addressed Fury’s bold claim with a bang. The conversation began when Ngannou was asked for a response to Fury’s blunt statements concerning him. He didn’t take much time and fired back at ‘ The Gypsy King.’ He said, ” He’s gonna hit the canvas, I don’t know how you call that but I know that he’s going to the canvas.” In fact, he didn’t stop here since he had to highlight the same statement again, “He is good at coming up, back up, We’re gonna find out how good he is, but he is gonna hit that canvas.”
Not only Fury is confident about the boxing bout, but also Ngannou is. As apparent from the video, he wanted to highlight his confidence and even stated that he was going to drop Fury during the boxing bout. It was all because of Fury’s recent comments on Mike Tyson’s Twitter clip that featured him and Ngannou’s sparring journey.
Throwing shades at the UFC legend, Fury said, “It’s good to see you training hard @francis_ngannou and you’re going to need to!” However, he also had to quote 2 legendry figures in the realm of combat sports, “It doesn’t matter if you’re being trained by the great
@MikeTyson, @MuhammadAli or @brucelee” Ending his statement he further said, “You’re going to get KO’d in the Kingdom.” Indeed, this boxing bout is going to be one of the biggest challenges of Ngannou’s illustrious career. But why is it so?
