The monumental clash between Jake Paul and Nate Diaz is around the corner. The former has already earned a big name after winning against several MMA fighters in boxing matches. If he manages a win against Nate Diaz, that might mark an end to ‘The Problem Child’s boxing run against UFC greats, unless he chooses to go up against the biggest name in MMA. Speaking on the potential blockbuster fight, Jake Paul had some harsh words for the ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor. 

Previously, Jake Paul wanted to fight McGregor, as it would’ve paved the way for a great payday. However, now Paul has changed his tune about the ‘red panty night.’ Presently, the sensational boxer believes the Irishman does not want the “smoke.” He also went on to make severe accusations against Conor McGregor!

Jake Paul verbally tears into Conor McGregor

Jake Paul was recently having a conversation with ‘The MMA Hour’s Ariel Helwani. During the chat, he talked about going for a boxing match against the UFC superstar, Conor McGregor. Paul said, “Conor McChicken, he don’t want the smoke. He’s an alcoholic, he’s a dr*g addict. He’s out there causing all these problems, about to go to jail for all this crazy s***. He’s not even worried about fighting right now. Right now, he’s worried about being a free man.” 

The YouTuber-turned-boxer believed that he could easily grab the attention of the former UFC double champion by winning against Diaz. As per him, if he were to ever face ‘Mystic Mac’, he would earn a knockout victory against McGregor. But now that Jake Paul has changed his mind, fans might never get to what could happen in a Paul-McGregor fight. Further, ‘The Problem Child’ is of the opinion that McGregor is creating problems for himself.

Back in June, McGregor made headlines for accidentally punching the Miami Heat Mascot during a skit. Even though it was a staged act to promote McGregor’s pain relief spray, things got out of hand when the Irishman ended up hurting the Mascot by punching him twice. This sparked a lot of controversy surrounding the UFC superstar, which made many question his actions. Before this incident, he had been surrounded by several other controversies as well.

‘The Problem Child’ shifts his focus toward Nate Diaz

In the same interview, Jake Paul made a wild prediction ahead of his clash against Nate Diaz. ‘The Stockton Slugger’ is someone who has already created a huge fanbase with his gruesome bouts inside the UFC octagon. However, Paul was confident about defeating him by a fifth-round knockout.

The boxing star admits that Diaz is going to throw a few punches at him, and he has decided to deal with it by punching his opponent harder.
