Mike Tyson gives a green light to Dana White for his boxing endeavor
Dana White is sure that he will be making strides in the boxing world and this might be the best news for former heavyweight champion and legend, Mike Tyson. While having a conversation with the ‘What it Is’ podcast, Tyson was asked about his opinion on White’s jump into the boxing world, to which the boxing legend stated, “Well listen, that’s going to be the best thing to happen to boxing because Dana – listen, just like UFC, right? Listen, if you’re in UFC and if anybody’s booing a fight, you’re not going to see that guy.”
He further added, “Their next fight is going to be in South Dakota somewhere. There’s only good fights. If you don’t have a good fight, you ain’t never going to see that guy again. Not like boxing – oh, this guy is going to fight next month again. You don’t want to see that. You might think about Shakur [Stevenson]. If any stink fights, you’re not back in the UFC no more. You’re never going to see those guys again.”
