Devin Haney has proven Sean O’Malley right. ‘Suga’ and Haney, of course, have been involved in somewhat of a feud since the UFC superstar lost his title to Merab Dvalishvili on UFC 306 two weeks ago. Haney took to Twitter right after O’Malley’s loss to mock the former champ, prompting ‘Suga’ to challenge him to a (MMA) ‘fight’ where he would put on a million dollars of his own money.
In addition, the UFC bantamweight also predicted that Haney would, in fact, not accept the callout for an MMA or no-holds-barred fight, and also floated the idea that they could box, reiterating that Haney wouldn’t have the guts to ‘just fight’ him. And Haney has responded to this call-out on Twitter and indeed refused to fight O’Malley for a million dollars in MMA, inviting the mixed martial artist to box instead.
“I don’t fight for a million dollars like you.. @SugaSeanMMA let’s do a boxing fight & give us a shot at making real money!”
