It seems like Ryan Garcia is upset with Joe Rogan despite the latter coming to the defense of the 25-year-old on more than one occasion. In recent times, Garcia has found himself in a heap of controversies because of his failed drug test. However, the color commentator seemed to side with the boxer in the feud while he also defended his honor when people were doubting King Ry during his fight with Devin Haney. Following the youngster’s battle with Haney, Rogan awarded him with one of the biggest compliments by comparing his hook to that of former undisputed light heavyweight champion, Roy Jones Jr.

However, it seems like the 25-year-old is not satisfied with the verbal praise and wants a seat beside Rogan on his podcast, something Garcia feels the UFC analysts would never agree to.

In a recent post among a series of Tweets, Garcia declared that he wanted to be on the Joe Rogan podcast, but the UFC commentator had not invited him yet. He tweeted, “What’s even crazier is Joe Rogan won’t have me on.” Even before tweeting this, the 25-year-old 25-1 fighter tweeted that it was interesting because Rogan had called everyone but him and King Ry assumed that the podcaster was scared of him as he wrote, “he is scared of me I guaranteed.”

The story did not end there. After that, Garcia went on to make another bizarre tweet as he wrote on his official X handle, “Someone put a spell on Joe Rogan to not let me on.” These posts clearly show how eager the fighter is to be on the JRE podcast, and is not leaving any stone unturned to request the same.

What is more interesting is that Rogan has always supported Garcia in his podcasts in front of the other guests, be it during his Devin Haney fight or the loss against Gervonta Davis. While speaking to Max Holloway last month, Joe Rogan mentioned how the critics were underestimating Garcia before his fight against Devin Haney. He said, “Everybody was counting out Ryan Garcia.” This was not the way to go, according to the former martial artist.

However, when it comes to inviting Garcia on the show, there is silence till now which King Ry does not like, and ended up giving Rogan a KO threat.

Joe Rogan gets a KO threat from Ryan Garcia

Recently Rogan took to his Instagram and shared a video where he was seen practicing his kicks and striking skills. He was seen striking a 130-pound bag with grit and finesse. However, he did write his honest verdict about his technique in the captions and said that he went without kicking for one whole year. This was due to his knee injury, but it was completely pain free at the moment. He continued, “The video of me hitting that bag was yesterday, and in the past, if I did that the next day my knee would be sore, but today I feel perfect.”

The color commentator also revealed that kicking was one of his favorite moves, as well as one of his stress relievers. Meanwhile, Rogan might not have anticipated Garcia’s comment coming on the post. The 25-year-old commented that he would knock out Rogan, but promised to show mercy if he was invited to the JRE podcast. “I would Ko you so quick But nice kicks fam I’ll have mercy if you let me on the show,” wrote Garcia.

Even though till now, the podcaster has always supported King Ry; he is still silent on this callout and the recent tweets by Garcia. Would Rogan invite Garcia to the podcast after all the efforts of the fighter? What do you think? Drop your views in the comments.
