UFC lightweight fighter Conor McGregor is one of the best trash-talkers when it comes to the fight game. Naturally, it is not a surprise that his longtime teammate Dillon Danis managed to stir up the entire social media fight community with his actions. In an attempt to rattle Logan Paul ahead of their clash, Danis started going after his fiancee, Nina Agdal, who is a Danish model. Danis started posting pictures of her with her former partners and even threatened to leak pictures of her that were scandalous enough to break up their entanglement. And now that a lawsuit has been filed against him, he has used a classic Mike Tyson story as his defense.
Logan Paul, instead of entertaining this, chose to send a cease and desist letter to prevent Danis from dragging his fiancee’s reputation through the mud. Now, it seems that Danis has to deal with a $150,000 worth lawsuit, filed by Agdal herself. Danis, who claimed that he was doing everything to hype the fight in order to get both him and Paul paid, seems disappointed with this and he recently took to Twitter to express this.
Evander Holyfield didn’t sue Mike Tyson for biting off his ear. Let that sink in.

“Evander Holyfield didn’t sue Mike Tyson for biting off his ear. Let that sink in.“, tweeted Danis, referencing the time Mike Tyson bit off Evander Holyfield‘s ear in the boxing ring.
However, the fact of the matter is that the two situations are somewhat different when things are taken into perspective. What do you think? Do you think the lawsuit was a wrong move from Team Paul? Or do you think that was the only way to prevent Danis from degrading Nina Agdal any further?

The internet is divided over the boxing fight between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis. Famous social media personality Andrew Tate has clearly sided with Dillon Danis and so has his friend, Conor McGregor. However, it seems that UFC welterweight fighter Colby Covington has joined the debate and evened the playing field.
In a recent interview with Jame Lynch on YouTube, Covington said, “Di**o Danis is not a fighter. That guy can’t throw a punch. He literally couldn’t punch his way out of a wet paper bag… He’s just there to get his a** whopped by Logan. I think Logan starches him.”, clearly siding with the YouTuber-turned-boxer in this fight.

He also claimed that Danis might actually have someone ‘ghost-writing’ things for him to hype up the fight. Considering the fact that Danis flinched when he met Logan Paul and the fact that a prominent UFC fighter dismissed Danis and his boxing skills, Logan Paul’s calm demeanor about the entire situation might either mean he has nothing to say in his defense, or that he is putting in work.
