Conor McGregor has done it yet again! The Irish mixed martial artist has made the fight fans worry about his bout against Michael Chandler once again with video footage of him enjoying himself late at night at the Black Forge Inn. ‘The Notorious’ has recently shared a video on Instagram that has sent the entire MMA world into believing that he would face defeat against Chandler. 

McGregor has been out of the Octagon for a good three years, following a gruesome injury he faced in his battle against Dustin Poirier back in UFC 264. One misstep and he snapped his leg. Although the Irish fighter was not fighting during the last three years, he wasn’t all out of action. The Dubliner was extremely active on social media, making his presence known and snatching the headlines. Not too long ago, he entered the headlines for partying and dancing with Dee Devlin. The fighting community slammed the former UFC double champion for having fun instead of training hard for his battle. And now, things have taken a similar turn. 

McGregor has put forth another video on his Instagram page. Therein, he seemingly introduced two men who looked exactly like Jake Paul and Tony Ferguson. The two lookalikes had a face-off and a scruffle. Without a doubt, the act sent waves of laughter at the Black Forge Inn, with McGregor laughing the loudest. After the fight between ‘The Problem Child’ and the legendary Mike Tyson was postponed owing to Tyson’s ulcer, the fight fans were left pretty annoyed. But now, McGregor has brought in another fighter to face Paul. ‘The Notorious’ has seemingly dragged ‘El Cucuy’ into the talks. 

He went to the captions and called it ‘INFLUENCE’ and hilariously announced a fight between Ferguson and Paul under the banner of BKFC, which would be sponsored by his alcohol brands. The caption read, “Here we have it ladies and gentlemen at @theblackforgeinn’s brand new urban night “INFLUENCE” @tonyfergusonxt vs @jakepaul under @bareknucklefc sponsored by @forgedirishstout and @properwhiskey and record breaking movie numbers on @primevideo and when we need to cool down after all the hard work, @tidlsport 🧊 🌱”

As the fight fans took to the comments section, some of the fans began joking about the Jake Paul and Tony Ferguson’s lookalikes. “When you order Jake Paul and T Ferg from Wish,” read one comment, and another went like, “Walmart version Jake Paul Tony Ferguson & even Kevin holland wow.”   

But one of the major thoughts that the fans seemingly had was McGregor’s fight against Chandler. The excitement for McGregor’s upcoming fight was palpable, and people were worried for the Dubliner. With the Irishman partying late at night, the fans seemed to think that it would be ‘Iron’ who would claim the victory in their bout. “Chandler via KO 😭 This dude is just REFUSING to train LOL,” wrote one of the fans.

One of the fans gave his verdict right away, quoting, “Bro is not winning.” Some of the fans seemed so sure of Chandler’s victory, that they were ready to bet their houses on Chandler. “Put the house on Chandler”, read one comment, while another went, “I’m betting on chandler for sure.”

Thereafter, the fans asked McGregor to give attention to training. A fan wrote, “Can’t wait for June 29 man. Please train.” Meanwhile, another fan seemed worried for the Irish fighter. The fan typed in, “it’s 3am Connor, you all good?”

One of the fans thought that the fight wasn’t going to materialize. “Unless Chandler books a flight to Dublin to scrap in a ginnel somewhere this fight ain’t happening.” Another fan believed that it would be funny if McGregor won the bout. The comment read, “Will be funny if he wins… I’m actually hoping mcgregor wins. Will be unreal if he k.os chandler. I’ll be screaming at the tv.”
