The question, “What are your origins? I heard…you used to be like aerobics – like a kickboxing trainer. Is that real?” kicked off the discussion. White confirmed the rumor, shedding light on a lesser-known aspect of his journey.

He jokingly cited that people often tease him by saying, “I heard you used to do fu**ing box aerobics!” However, he clarified that the rumor had truth to it. Before the UFC’s meteoric rise, White indeed made a living by training people in kickboxing and other fitness trainings.

The 54-year-old added, “I used to train people, and that’s how I made a living. But yeah – I mean, if this[UFC] didn’t break out, I’d still be fucking doing that. I loved it – I loved that job. Yeah – I used to train fighters, and I used to train businessmen – their wives…”

He stressed that he loved his role as a trainer, and found immense pride in helping people improve their fitness and combat skills. White also reminisced about running three gyms in Las Vegas during that phase of his life – “You know – whatever I used to, I loved it! I used to have three gyms here in Vegas and yeah – it’s crazy.”
