Alex Pereira once again proved to the world why he is on the verge of greatness in the UFC. The 37-year-old took on Jiri Prochazka at UFC 303 for the second time in his career. The light heavyweight title was on the line, and ‘Poatan’ again rose to the occasion. He knocked out the former champion in the second round and defended his title successfully.
Anthony Joshua seemed impressed with the victory and advised the Brazilian to switch to boxing. Pereira appreciated the advice but has no opponent on his mind yet. ‘AJ’ has now replied to the tweet made by the Brazilian, which might hint at something new.

Pereira has faced some of the biggest names in the light heavyweight and has won against them.
