Francis Ngannou will finally make his much-awaited boxing debut after flirting with the idea for so long. He is ready to go to war with Tyson Fury to settle the baddest man on the planet debate. The former UFC champion preferred a way out of the promotion after the UFC failed to concede the concession for his boxing ambitions. He had many takers and the UFC’s rival PFL turned out to be the promotion who gladly complied with his demands. After taking care of legalities and technicalities, ‘The Predator’ is ready to devour ‘The Gypsy King’. But what rules bind the two when they will meet in the square circle?
The Cameroonian-French fighter will face the Brit champion on October 28th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While many do not know but the former UFC personnel stepped foot on the French shore with the aspirations of a booming boxing career. He then switched to the MMA, but he never let go of his boxing dreams. After taking a detour and earning UFC gold, he will now trade punches under the official rules of professional boxing.
