After his boxing defeat against Jake Paul on August 5th, Nate Diaz’s prospects have surely been under immense scrutiny. Following a potent triumph, the 26-year-old even challenged the ‘Stockton Slugger’ for an MMA scrap offering a wild $10 million offer in front of the crowd. In fact, Diaz positively said yes to the offer, which made the scenes even more intriguing.

Weeks after the boxing bout, the 38-year-old shared a seven-image post on Instagram. Additionally, the post featured various MMA legends alongside him. Among them was MMA star turned-boxer Francis Ngannou, which seemingly increased the hype of the post among the fans.

Nate Diaz and the Legends Gathering

Diaz recently shared a few pictures of him that looked to be from the same event that hosted his boxing bout. Even more surprising was the presence of numerous MMA greats who certainly had a cachet that could attract MMA enthusiasts in large numbers. “Real legends were in the house, Mma, running this whole unit,” was what he wrote as a caption.

Evident from the post was the allure that was brought by the numerous bigwigs featured in the post. UFC legends from the likes of Chael Sonnen, Francis Ngannou, Jake Shields, and Quinton Jackson to renowned BJJ icon B. J. Penn, all were present to lift his spirit. Indeed, his presence could apparently enhance the awesomeness of the post. So much so that the fans also had plenty to say about it.

How did the post become a joyride for the fans?

The fans indeed seemed captivated by seeing so many legends together. In fact, the number of their reactions apparently shared the amount of intrigue generated by the post. While most of them seemed to appreciate the post, a few of the enthusiasts took a subtle jab at Chael Sonnen.
