Muhammad Ali’s grandson Biaggio Ali Walsh has taken up amateur MMA as a career. The 24-year-old fighter has taken the MMA world by storm as he secured his third victory in four fights. Despite facing a setback in his first fight in MMA with a loss, Ali Walsh has ‘shook up the world’ much like his grandfather as he secured a round 1 finish in each of his last three amateur fights.
However, Ali Walsh is not looking to turn yet. Despite interest from fellow PFL star Jake Paul, Ali Walsh has revealed his plans in MMA along with disclosing his theory of “best fighters”.

The amateur fighter fought in the Professional Fighters League. He grabbed a win in the MMA promotion by a knockout in the first round. In an interview with TMZ, Muhammad Ali’s grandson said, “Honestly, I don’t think I’m that close. I think I need at least two or three more good wins under my belt and then I think I’ll be ready to go pro.” This comes after Jake Paul showed his interest in fighting him.
Ali Walsh further added that he would like to face “good challenge” in his fights. He described the type of fights that he would like to be in would be where both fighters are “bleeding to the pulp and black eyes, and cuts and bruises”. The amateur fighter also made his wish, “I wanna go through at least one or two wars before I’m ready to go pro.”

Muhammad Ali’s grandson revealed what he thought about some of the “best fighters” in MMA. He disclosed that he thought the best fighters were able to take “most damage”.
Ali Walsh said, “I haven’t been through like a bloody back-and-forth war yet and that’s what fighting is about.” He added, “I have a theory where some of the best fighters can also take the most damage. You watch guys like Max Holloway, these are guys that can just eat shots and keep coming forward.”

The amateur fighter cited the example of Max Holloway as ‘Blessed’ is known to throw the most significant strikes in a fight. Also, the former featherweight champion has never been knocked down in a fight.
