The fans can gauge the friendship between the two MMA greats through a kind gesture by Joe Rogan when the UFC Hall of Famer joined Twitter.

Joe Rogan’s gesture toward Mark Coleman on his joining Twitter

When ‘Hammer’ joined Twitter way back in 2019, his Twitter debut didn’t escape the keen eyes of the famous commentator. As a kind gesture, Rogan dedicated a tweet to the heavyweight fighter joining Twitter. In addition, Rogan made a strong case for the former UFC and Pride champion to gain followers.

Thus, he tweeted, “Shout out to the god father of ground and pound! The original @ufc heavyweight champ @HammerHouseMMA
! He could use some more followers, folks. The man is a legend!”

While the former UFC champion couldn’t revert back to the 55-yer-old commentator immediately, he appreciated this kind gesture. Further, the American fighter revealed that the Tweet had the intended result.

Hence, he replied, “Sry about the slow response @joerogan no excuses, very kind of you. I got a nice boost,thank you,appreciated! And a big thanks to all who followed! Trying to get a grip on this Twitter stuff. Send some questions, I will get back to you.any suggestions? ⚒⚒RT”

However, there is another famous incident involving the two close friends which made the fans worried for a while.

Joe Rogan and Coleman’s friendly scuffle

In a recent interview with Hannibal TV, ‘The Hammer’ revealed this popular incident involving the former Fear Factor host. Coleman acknowledged that he met Joe Rogan after his comedy show event, and both the MMA legends got involved in a friendly tussle.

While Rogan got the wrestler’s back, the MMA fighter responded by giving the stand-up comic a gentle push. However, as a result of this push, the comic almost collided with a nearby wall and luckily escaped unscathed.

The 16-10 record holder said, “All of a sudden, out of instinct, I had no choice but to turn around and face him [Joe Rogan], and I would say I gave him a gentle push because I could’ve given him a hundred times more,”

Coleman, 57, afterward declared Rogan as “cool as hell”“funny as sh*t” and “awesome.”
