Michel Periera fought the Candian fighter, Tristan Connelly in an welterweight bout in UFC Fight Night 158. Periera missed the weight of 170lbs by 2lbs coming into the fight. In his defense he took the fight on a really short notice. However, he did put on a show for the fans in the Rogers Arena tongiht.
Periers who is known for his showmanship made his entrance dancing with his crew. it was 6 minute entrance which got the crowd excited.

Well, the show just started after the electrifying entrance by Periera. He went on to do a couple of backflips inside the octagon while the fight was in progress. That left the commentators in shock as Daniel Cormier said he has never seen anything more insane inside the octagon than seeing Pereira doing gymnastics during the fight.

There was a moment in the fight when Tristan Connelly was down on the ground and Pereira did a backflip and almost landed on Connelly.
Pereira also jumped off the cage to throw a superman punch but he missed. In short, it was insane for the first few minutes of the fight. However, as the fight progressed in the later rounds Periera was exhausted by doing all the theatrics.

After the first round, he even went to the wrong corner and it was clear that he was struggling due to bad conditioning. Connelly dominated Periera for the rest of the rounds and won the fight which made the Canadian fans blow the roof off at the Rogers Arena.
Though Michel Periera lost the fight he did put on a show for the fans.
