UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya has been enjoying his well-earned time off. Having recently defended his title against Paulo Costa, ‘Izzy’ is experiencing what the world has to offer.

‘The Last Stylebender’ took to the rooftops of Auckland’s Eden Park stadium along with Kiwi national boxer, Joseph Parker. The duo watched the ‘All Blacks’, New Zealand’s national rugby team, take to the field, with a unique view from the roof of the stadium. The SkySports rooftop tour is an initiative to enjoy the game from the top of the stadium and also get a 360-degree view of Auckland, including the city’s skyline and volcanic range.

The two combat stars showed their fight techniques, with Parker impressing the UFC middleweight champion as they geared up.

“To see what the fruits of our labor have gotten us,” Adesanya exclaimed as the duo enjoyed the view of the field while their national team performed the Haka.

There was a lot of positive energy between the combat sports stars with a lot of laughs going around. The two tried their version of the ‘Haka’ and even had a friendly face-off between each other. This is something they have done many times in their career, but the setting would have made it memorable.

Only big fights ahead for Israel Adesanya

It was reported that Adesanya will not fight again this year to help teammate Junior Fa prepare for a boxing match against Joseph Parker

While ‘The Last Stylebender‘ takes time off, the MMA community will speculate on his next title defense. The champion expressed his desire to fight Jared Cannonier next; however, Robert Whittaker beat him convincingly at UFC 254. Adesanya beat ‘The Reaper’ at UFC 243 to become the champion and may not want to fight him again so soon.

The fighter has many irons in the fire. This includes his long-standing feud with Jon Jones. A matchup between the two would be a massive event for the UFC. Also, there have been murmurs that ‘The Last Stylebender’ could fight light-heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz and become the UFC’s next ‘Champ-Champ’.
