Top MMA journalist Ariel Helwani’s tweet saw furious reactions from MMA fans. Helwani pointed out how much money one of the main events in the lightweight boxing reportedly received.

This started a debate on Twitter about the pay disparity in the two sports.

Fans even proposed that the UFC fighters don’t lack any popularity compared to the boxers.

“O’Malley more popular than these guys lol,” wrote a fan.

Devin Haney was flawless against George Kambosos Jr.

Thus, building on that momentum, ‘Fearless’ headlined a stadium show in his home country against the 23-year-old Devin Haney. Little did he know, ‘The Dream’ was gunning for the undisputed lightweight championship at all costs.
