Floyd Mayweather would not like to watch Paulo Costa’s latest Twitter post. The former UFC middleweight title challenger is famous among the fans for his regular entertaining comments and posts that turn the heads. And his recent post would definitely ruffle some feathers.

‘Borrachinha’ posted a tweet showing Floyd Mayweather’s meeting with Anthony Joshua. Though it sounds like a reasonably normal event, the top middleweight fighter had a compiled clip of a fan meet that shows ‘Money‘ getting ignored by the fans who were coming to meet both Joshua and Mayweather.

“Nah, I felt bad for Floyd,” noted Paulo Costa.
The video appears to show the heavyweight boxer getting more attention than the undefeated legend, Floyd Mayweather. The multi-time world champion, ‘TBE’, didn’t look too pleased with what was going on in front of him.
It was a fan event held in 2017 before the historic ‘May-Mac’ bout. The meeting had both Anthony Joshua and Mayweather standing right next to each other. The fans appeared to come one by one and were more interested in interacting with the UK-based boxer than Mayweather.
Anyhow, to the credit of Joshua, he tried to involve Mayweather in most of the snaps. The heavyweight boxer extended his arms toward the undefeated fighter and made sure he felt welcomed in the meet.

This was one of the rare incidents where the boxing legend got dismissed by the fans. Usually, he gets a grand reception from his devoted believers.
Fan faints after meeting Floyd Mayweather
The year 2022 started with the news of Floyd Mayweather’s return to the boxing ring. Subsequently, the undefeated legend had a return bout scheduled for a Dubai card in February.
While Mayweather could’ve been on a trip to Dubai, he met an overjoyed fan. Likewise, the fan was in awe of his idol and fainted while showing how much the moment meant to him.

The incident, with the emotions the fan showed, represents how ardent ‘Money’ fans are. Besides, the boxer is the biggest PPV draw of all time in combat sports, which clearly points out there hasn’t been a bigger star than him in boxing.
