Coleman told Rogan that “strength is something like a natural gift”. He observed how a lot of people from his native place were big and strong like him. Commenting on the subject further, he said,
“You can work on it. You can get better at it. But you also have to be gifted a little bit… You have to have a nice base and you have to have a little talent.”
As an example of his argument, he mentioned Game of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson deadlifting eleven hundred pounds. Citing the example, Coleman said, “That’s a gift, you know? That’s talent. He’s gifted. Everybody can’t do that.”
Coleman confessed that he himself couldn’t pull off what Game of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson did. He told Rogan that he could rep eight hundred pounds a few times but not eleven hundred because “that’s a lot of weight”.
Coleman said, “I don’t think I can do 1100.”

Coleman said that it took him a long time to put on the weight, putting on 5-10 lbs a year through “heavy lifting (and) a lot of eating”. He said his normal meal included a pound of chicken with half a cup of rice, and he had about six meals a day.
