UFC President Dana White that he would give a job to the woman who beat up a burglar who tried to rob a shop. White stood right to his words, as he offered a job to Summer Tapasa, unlike any other. The woman who went viral on the internet for beating a shoplifter stood between Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone at the official weigh-in for UFC 246. She stood in Dana White’s position during the faceoff and experienced a moment of a lifetime.
During an interview with MMAFighting, Summer shared her excitement surrounding UFC 246, and her experience at UFC.

“It’s a dream. I would have never expected me to be doing this. They are taking care of me so well, and I appreciate all of it. It’s amazing.”

Summer Salone appreciated the treatment she has received from UFC and looked really delighted to be a part of such a big occasion. And rightfully so, Salone got an opportunity during the face-off of one of the most anticipated fights in UFC. She was honored with a fitting position on the grand stage, for her courage and grit during the shoplifting incident.
When asked if Dana White has offered her a job, here’s what he had to say.
“I have not talked about it yet. He is just saying that I want you there for me. As far as details, no, not yet.”
Salone also revealed details about what transpired during the shoplifting that took place in Aiea.
“It was pure instincts. The moment I see him running towards the door. Not on my watch bro. You are not going anywhere. You are not doing it again. So yeah, that was just my reaction. I am that type of person If I see something that’s wrong, I am gonna go and make it right. So I am not gonna stand there, and let it go.”
