Conor also hinted at a boxing match with Mayweather and hasn’t ignored the talks on a potential Kamaru Usman fight. He also issued a challenge to Jorge Masvidal, who has been looking to get a match against McGregor, ever since winning the BMF title from Nate Diaz at UFC 244.

With the promotion for the fight going in full flow, Conor McGregor appeared for a UFC Media Day interaction for the first time in years. McGregor answered questions from the reporters and also revealed his plans going forward.

“I think regardless of the result, I think I should probably face both of these men. I would like to face both of these men. I would like to face Tony Ferguson. We managed Tony, he was well looked after. He is one of the highest-paid non-champions in the game. there’s history with Tony. Of course, the rematch. We must make the rematch, I am pushing for the Moscow bout. I would love to do that. Both men are certainly in the cross-hairs.”

Said Conor McGregor when asked to choose between a rematch with Khabib Nurmagomedov or a lightweight title match against Tony Ferguson. He showed interest in fighting both the fighters. While Conor McGregor going against Khabib yet again is brilliant, a fight with Tony Ferguson also sounds equally exciting.
