The “teenage dream” nearly ended with the teenage years of Chase Hooper when he was held to an Anaconda choke by Daniel Teymur at UFC 245 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
But Hooper, just over two months of having turned 20, managed to stay calm and get out of the situation. He quickly managed to turn things around with heavy punches and elbows to Teymur, knocking the veteran out in the first round.
Hooper was making a much hyped debut on Saturday, being the youngest fighter in the UFC roster. With his impressive debut, he made sure that the hype will remain at least for a few more fights.
