At the annual “Meet the Bruins” event, which was held ahead of the 2024 season kickoff. The 22-year-old gymnast showcased her extraordinary routine set to the music of the film on January 12th in a striking black and white cutout outfit.

Chae Campbell’s performance not only features the synchronized choreography on the movie’s soundtrack but also a powerful homage to the fictional nation of Wakanda and a salute to the iconic “Wakanda Forever.” But the buzz is about the fact that recently, a part of her performance has been posted on social media, which has gotten a new and unique comment.

Flipping out at the Super Bowl

Recently, the official Instagram page of UCLA Gymnastics posted a video of their highlight. It could be seen that one of Chae Campbell’s fans had come up with the proposition, “The next Super Bowl halftime show should be on UCLA floor rotation,” and it is a big green flag from them. Well, on that note, the athlete herself is excited about it.

The comment under the video brought in a great idea, which was also approved by the gymnast herself. Grabbing more attention to the performance, she even wore a costume, which paid tribute to the superhero’s attire in the movie. It was crafted by Sylvia P. Teamwear, a company specializing in high-level gymnastics attire. Campbell’s achievements include being named the 2021 Pac-12 floor exercise co-champion and achieving two perfect 10s on floor exercise during the 2022 season.

Campbell garnered widespread acclaim with her performance, sparking anticipation about her potential for the future event at the Super Bowl halftime show. The Texas hailer has earned several accolades, including four-time All-American for the UCLA Bruins.
