Nicolai Højgaard from Denmark closely follows with a score of -11, achieved through consistent rounds of 67 and 66. With the front nine boasting a par of 36 and the back nine mirroring the difficulty, the 18th hole presented significant challenges with its 486-yard length.
Hideki Matsuyama from Japan concluded the second round at -7 overall, showcasing consistent play with rounds of 66 and 71. The course layout for round 2 featured challenging holes, with Matsuyama navigating through the course adeptly. He concluded his play on the 18th hole with a birdie.

The prize purse is a whopping $9 million. The champion will walk away with $1.62 million, while the runner-up will pocket $981,000.
