Fans react to Sentinels defeating TenZ’s former team

Sentinels were coming off a defeat to BBG in the open qualifiers of VCT Stage Two’s Challenger One event. But fans still had huge expectations from the team which has one of the best rosters. Sentinels had a poor loss against Andbox in the first round, which forced them to the Losers Bracket. They then defeated teams like Immortals and T1 as they looked to make a deep run in the Losers Bracket. After that, they even got their revenge by defeating Andbox and then NRG eSports, which propelled them to the final against C9 Blue.

C9 Blue has a lot of connections with Sentinels because of popular Valorant player TenZ. Following the suspension of Sinatraa, TenZ joined the Sentinels on loan from Cloud 9. But he eventually left his parent club to join his current squad. So when it was finally time for the showdown against his former team, he showed up big time with a 60/42 KD in the three games. Fans couldn’t stop sharing jokes about the former C9 player wreaking havoc against them.

Even his former team, C9, couldn’t stop appreciating his talents. But along with that, they added in a sly dig about the Valorant pro’s poor impostor skills in Among Us.

Sick takes over the Grand Finals

Many fans consider TenZ to be the best player on the Sentinels. But in the Grand Final against C9, it was Sick who shone the brightest. With a 71/36/14 stat line in the three games, he destroyed his opponents that hadn’t lost a single map until then. Fans of the team couldn’t resist praising the former CSGO player after an insane performance.

Even Faze professional players like Cented and Babybay congratulated the team for their crushing victory against C9 Blue.
