The news is finally out! Kimi Raikkonen will leave the Scuderia Ferrari team at the end of the season. However, he will rejoin the Sauber team from 2019 and 2020, the team that he made his debut with in 2001.

As a result of the move, Ferrari have called up Charles LeClerc in his place alongside Vettel. To be perfectly honest, this was not a really surprising move to get LeClerc onboard. But many were surprised that Raikkonen would accept a ‘downgrade’ rather than retirement.
