Having suffered the humiliation of being beaten 4-0 in the first leg, Barcelona stepped on the nou camp hoping to create history. It got off the perfect start with Suarez giving the hosts an early lead and an own goal reducing the deficit to half at the interval. The mood in the stadium elated even more when Lionel Messi scored a penalty to give them another goal right at the begining of the second half. This mood of joy was broken by Edison Cavani who scored to give PSG the crucial away goal. When it all seemed lost for them Neymar stepped up to the occasion scoring a free kick and penalty in the dying minutes of regulation time to bring them equal on aggregate. And in stoppage , Sergio Roberto poached in a fantastic delivery into the box from that man Neymar again ensuring Barca had arguably pulled off the greatest comeback in football history.
Luis Suarez has now been directly involved in 26 goals in 31 Champions League games since joining Barcelona.

Always hated the away goals rule. Kills so many games. @UEFA time for change?
— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) March 8, 2017
If we put aside the away goal rule we'll have more rounds decided by a penalty shootout- ask yourself if that is a fairer way
