New Zealand thrashed the hosts & favourites India by 47 runs in the first game of the Super 10 of World T20 2016. The Blackcaps won the toss and decided to bat first, but could only manage 126 for the loss of 7 wickets.
But the Indian team were bundled out for just 79 runs, courtesy of great display of spin bowling by Nathan McCullum, Ish Sodi & Santner.
