However, Twitch streamer Amouranth recently had to endure something even worse.
Yesterday evening, the celebrated streamer took to Twitter to share some details about a possible arson attack in her house. She hasn’t shared too many information about it as the investigators are still looking into it. However, she has also mentioned that she and her ‘fur babies’ are doing alright to the delight of fans around the world.
They are reviewing surveillance footage, neighbors surveillance footage and possibly other videos adjacent to the area to try and catch the potential suspect.

Amouranth reveals details about a suspected arson attack
In her Twitter thread, Amouranth revealed that a fire broke out from the side of her house. She stated that it began from the location where her trash can is kept. The investigators haven’t found the cause of the fire. But they believe that she might be victim of a possible arson attack. Amouranth later mentioned that the law enforcement is looking through surveillance footage of her house and the neighbor’s house as well to catch the suspect.
Amouranth later talked about the horrors of being a famous streamer where she explained the other scary situations she has faced. She noted that in 2020, someone even tried to burst fireworks at her house during the festivities of Fourth of July. However, the perpetrator was caught and arrested before he shot those firecrackers at her house.

Amouranth also mentioned she has been swatted by the law enforcement almost every week. Many streamers face this issue, with some of them like xQc even having to move houses because of it. She noted how important it is for streamers to have a good relationship with the cops to prevent this from happening all the time. With their location flagged, they can prevent unnecessary deaths. Along with that, they can also create a password with the law enforcement to let them know if the threat is real or not.

Fans can breathe a sigh of relief that Amouranth and her pets have no injuries. However, streamers like her have to face situations like these all the time, which can unnecessary harm. Hopefully, the situations for streamers and content creators improve soon.
