The much awaited Winter Olympics shall begin this week amidst various restrictions. Athletes all over the world have started arriving in Beijing. Team USA has also arrived along with its top 2 athletes, Shaun White and Mikaela Shiffrin.
While Shaun White is a 3-time Olympic champion, Shiffrin is also a 2 -time champion. Both of them are USA’s top highlights at this year’s Winter Games.

Recently in a funny Twitter reaction, Shiffrin has said that she prefers skateboarding with White to skiing with Shiffrin.

Mikaela Shiffrin is known for her agility and technique. Her skiing style is known for being technical. Shiffrin spends hours practicing and improving herself to get better at her techniques.
Moreover, she also watches videos of herself performing to find out mistakes and work on them. Shiffrin is considered the best skier in the world.
The NBC Olympics posted a “this or that” question on Tuesday where it was asked whether fans would rather ski with Mikaela Shiffrin or snowboard with Shaun White. While both of these are dream scenarios, Shiffrin was the first one to reply saying that she would rather snowboard with Shaun White!
“Snowboarding with Shaun White,” tweeted Shiffrin.
Shaun White also meanwhile, replied that it was a really easy choice for him. White also chose to ski with Shiffrin rather than snowboard!

Shiffrin was clearly the popular choice and fans consider her to be at the top of the game. This is not surprising as Shaun White will actually be going to the 2022 Olympics as an underdog. Until recently, his qualification was still in question.
All things considered, both Shiffrin and White are fabulous in their own game and are the world’s best in their respective sports. Both of them will give tough competitions to their rivals and are expected to bring home medals.
