Tom Brady and the Buccaneers have made a steady start with a 3-2 record. But they need a lift-off in the new season. The Todd Bowles-coached team hopes for a playoff finish. As per new trade rumors, the Buccaneers are targeting a new weapon, to give more power to Tom Terrific in the new season.

This new move came after a surprise retirement by Cole Beasley, who was added to Brady’s suggestion. The WR played only two games before announcing his retirement. Former Super Bowl champion, Odell Beckham Jr. is the new option in front of Brady. He was part of the Rams team, which won the Super Bowl last season. OBJ is a free agent and TB12 has high hopes. The Bucs are also struggling with player injuries and replacements becoming a necessity.
Tom Brady wants to improve the offense
The 45-year-old QB wants the team to increase their attacking and passing game. TB12 made headlines in the earlier part of the league when he had to play a running game. It raised questions as to why the legendary quarterback is struggling, and what support he is getting from his teammates.

The NFL titan joined the Buccaneers in 2020. He has been earning less money, to give space for the team to hire big stars and set up a core team. OBJ is likely to fill Beasley’s place if the deal is marked sealed. The 29-year-old tore his ACL during the last Super Bowl against the Bengals. However, he may make a return from the injury hiatus in November.

What does Odell Beckham Jr. want?
The wide receiver is looking for a multi-year deal. Packers, Buccaneers, Bills, and Chiefs are the teams that Beckham Jr. is looking at, for a deal. He will also take his decision based on how much money each team is going to offer.
