Brady’s preparation started from the night before. He ate a whole foods meal with a lot of protein before game day. Hydration is the key so that is what the GOAT did instantly after waking up. For breakfast, he took a smoothie loaded with blueberries, banana, seeds, nuts, and Whey Protein. Before the game, Brady fueled up a plant-based Cesar salad and protein shake.
