Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek is one of the best gamers/streamers in the world. The former CS: GO professional has had his hands full with a wide range of games over the years. Two years back, he managed to pull off an insane kill record in Fortnite Battle Royale. Looking back at it shows just how much the player adapts to any game he takes up.

Shroud has tried out almost all games that has garnered a craze about it. The list includes PUBG, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, and more. However, one of the games that he hasn’t played much has to be Fortnite, and it is surprising how good he was at it.
Shroud with insane kill streak on Fortnite
The clip from 2018 has Shroud dominating the whole Fortnite matchup. He did face an issue, starting off, as the game showed an error code. Shroud considered it to be a graphics problem as he keeps switching them often. He did mention that he’d to wipe them clear if he continues facing the issue.
Going into the match, he was able to get kills one after the other. One kill he pulled off right at the start was rather surprising to the player himself. While trying to eliminate a player using a grenade launcher, Shroud aimlessly fired one and ended up eliminating his opponent after all.
Even midway through the match, he encountered what seemed to players teaming up. This has often been noticed in Fortnite, wherein a group of players team-up in order to push one to the top. He went on to eliminate all the players, one by one, in some classic action.
Obviously, Shroud ended up winning the Battle Royale but the stats he pulled off in the game were the real highlight. Shroud managed a total of 21 kills in the game.
Aftermath
Shroud didn’t stick with Fortnite much as mentioned earlier. At the time the player had just had his stint with PUBG. He had absolutely excelled at PUBG. However, during one of his streams with Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Shroud mentioned how he’d never return to PUBG.
“You gotta back to that game dude, it’s fun”, Ninja said.

Shroud’s reply was simple, yet true to himself.
“Nah, never dude, never.”
Shroud has always been someone who never fixated on a single game. After retiring from Counter Strike, he has often changed what he plays and streams.

As of now, the player seems to be investing his time in Riot’s Valorant. Since Mixer shut down, we haven’t a clue where Shroud will be streaming. Hopefully, the player gives us more insight into his decisions and returns soon.
