Floyd Mayweather Jr. is undoubtedly one of the most iconic boxers of the 21st century. Mayweather was a guest on The Diego Show, which was a section on Awkward Puppets. Moreover, this interview was one of his prominent appearances after his fight against Conor McGregor in 2017.
In conversation, the puppet named Diego asked him if he has heard any of Swift’s songs. Mayweather responded in the negative. Diego further asked him if he has listened to any of Grande’s songs. In response, Mayweather said, “I don’t know Aria Grande, Aria Grande what’s her name? Ariana Grande? Ok, I barely even f*cking know her name.”
And when asked about Gomez, all Mayweather said was, “Ain’t that Justin Bieber’s ex-girl?”
There’s no denying that Diego was displeased with Mayweather’s answers. He did not hold back and stated, “Jesus Floyd, there’s more to life than strip clubs. And being rich.”
However, it should be mentioned that Mayweather was well-aware of Demi Lovato. He even revealed that he liked all her songs.

Mayweather first reached out to Bieber in 2012, after watching his movie, ‘Never Say Never’. A close friendship bloomed between the duo soon after. And Bieber was regularly seen ringside at Mayweather’s fights.
Bieber was also a boxing aficionado. He expressed the desire to learn the same to Mayweather, who did not hesitate in showing him the ropes. However, the duo later had a fallout. Bieber became a member of the Hillsong Church and cut ties with Mayweather, soon after.
