The inner bitch has been conquered… for today. Tomorrow that motherf****r is probably going to act up again and convince me I need a rest. Luckily my @whoop strap will keep me honest and let me know that it’s all bulls**t and that I’m good to go,” Joe Rogan wrote on Instagram.

Today I did 10 rounds of Tabata on the @roguefitness echo bike. 20-second sprints, followed by 10 seconds of rest. I do that for 8 reps, and repeat the process 10 times for 40 minutes of work…..

How did the term ‘inner bit*h’ get linked with Joe Rogan?

The Joe Rogan Experience is one of the biggest names in the podcast industry. Rogan’s willingness to hear and learn from people coming from different backgrounds has made it a massive success.

UFC bantamweight Marlon Vera credited the UFC commentator for providing him with regular doses of motivation. It was during the post-fight interview of  Vera’s massive win over Sean O’Malley that he thanked Joe Rogan for taking him to the next level.

You’re the perfect example. I learned that from you when you talk on your podcast, the things you say about ‘Push yourself’ and ‘Don’t be a bitch,’ ‘Conquer your inner bitch.’ All these f**king things, Joe, you make a big level to another step. So thank you for that,” Marlon Vera said.

Along with providing people with motivation, the podcast has also helped Joe Rogan make a fortune. Earlier this year, the podcast became a Spotify exclusive following a licensing deal worth about $100 million.
