If everything goes as planned, Cyberpunk 2077 will finally hit the stores on December 10. Gamers around the world have been eagerly waiting for the game for 7 years, and Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek is no exception.
Time and again, Shroud has been vocal about his expectations from the game. In a recent video on his second channel, Shroudy Rowdy, the streamer viewed Cyberpunk 2077’s gameplay on the Xbox One X and the Xbox Series X:

Following the success of Witcher 3, CD Projekt RED has solidified its place as one of the best game developers in the world. Also, it has promised to revolutionize the open-world genre of gaming with Cyberpunk 2077. Naturally, Shroud looks forward to experiencing this.
“The game’s gonna be great, but like, I really wanna know are they actually gonna revolutionize next-gen. We’ll see.”
Even though Shroud is confident that Cyberpunk 2077 will be overall brilliant, he expressed his concerns regarding the game’s combat. Apparently, it’s the only thing that worries him.
“That’s the only thing I’m scared of, I hope the combat is good. This won’t be a good visual representation of it because it is on controller. But, I hope that the combat’s decent you know. That’s the only thing I’m worried about. I think they’ll get everything else right, but combat’s hard to nail,” said Shroud while watching Cyberpunk 2077’s Xbox gameplay.

A specific transition showcased the accurate graphical and performance distinction between Microsoft’s previous-gen and current-gen console. Interestingly, there weren’t any stark differences between the two, and Shroud felt that the Xbox One X is just “a little worse”.
The lack of details and reflections was clearly visible on the Xbox One X, but running the game on a higher FPS on both the consoles would have better highlighted the variations.
To say the least, Shroud is hyped to get his hands on Cyberpunk 2077 and eventually make content with it. He is a fan of CD Projekt RED and hopes that the company lives up to its promises.
