University of Alabama defensive back Terrion Arnold is going to be a noteworthy star in the upcoming draft. Arnold and his fellow teammate Kool-Aid McKinstry are shining examples of Nick Saban’s ability to develop top NFL prospects. Starting as a redshirt sophomore in 2023, Arnold showed impressive growth, becoming one of the nation’s best cornerbacks.

Throughout the season, he made 63 tackles, 5 interceptions, a forced fumble, and even a sack. Now even before stepping onto an NFL field, Arnold’s impressive college career has already translated into millions of dollars through NIL deals.

The Alabama Crimson Tide has fueled Terrion Arnold’s success on and off the field.  The cornerback joined the Yea Alabama collective and Athlete’s Thread, which give Alabama players their NIL opportunities. He then teamed up with quarterback Jalen Milroe to make a clothing line inspired by their “LANK” motto. “LANK” means “Let All Naysayers Know” and was their way to bounce back in 2023 after missing the playoffs in 2022.  This way, fans were able to buy their T-shirts and other items through Athlete Threads.

Arnold reportedly also landed deals with Hellman’s Mayo and Powerade energy drink, though the exact amount remains private. But On3 managed to bring out the overall NIL value of the CB which is estimated at $248K. He also has a roster value of $565K, totaling an impressive $813K annually.  These impressive numbers are further proof of his brand value.

Terrion Arnold’s impressive NIL deals prove his rising stardom within college football. Based on his On3 valuation, Terrion Arnold has earned a coveted ranking among the top 100 college athletes for NIL potential. The team has also ranked him 37th in college football alone. Now this is particularly significant considering his “non-wealthy” family background. The CB was raised by a single mother, Tamala Arnold, and he even spoke at the recent NFL Combine about facing challenges growing up.

But hard work on the field led to big rewards for Arnold. His NIL deals even allowed him to buy a $97,000 Mercedes-Benz earlier this year.  But it’s not just direct deals – he also has a massive online following of over 118K fans. This popularity boosts as the draft approaches indicate his growing brand value. Now if drafted in the first round, especially by a team like the Las Vegas Raiders, Arnold’s earning potential as a professional athlete will skyrocket further.
