American tennis legend Chris Evert is among the best of all time. After her retirement, the 67-year-old is busy as a tennis expert and commentator. Evert is pretty active and keeps appearing on Tv and is also very active on social media.

For the last few years, the tennis legend is living alone. She separated from her husband Greg Norman back in 2009. Prior to that, Evert had an 18-year-long marriage with Andy Mill. Now that she is single again, there are many questioning her intention to date. The legend once opened up about the same in an interview.

Evert is open to dating but.

Chris Evert has been single for over 13 years now. It is hard for her fans to understand how someone as great as Evert will remain without a partner for such a long period. Back in 2019, when asked about her intentions to date again, the 67-year-old said, “I would be happy to date but I have found that all of the good ones are married.” 

However, the plan is still not off the table and Evert is still looking for a suitable partner for her. “My work this year is especially strong and successful, but I would like to date again if that should happen.”

Back in 2008, Evert shocked everyone when she announced her separation from Andy Mill. The couple has three sons together and has had a long marriage. After splitting with Mill, she married Greg Norman. However, their marriage didn’t last long, and the couple separated within fifteen months of marriage.

Why did Chris Evert and Greg Norman’s marriage fail?

When Evert and Norman separated, there were different rumors about it. However, the 18-time Grand Slam champion came forward and revealed the actual reason she had to end things with Norman. The 67-year-old didn’t accuse Norman of anything and simply said that they had completely different worlds.

While the former world number one agrees that there was love between them, the two had different priorities. While Evert was committed to spending time with her kids, Norman wanted to build his business and travel.

Evert has been through a lot, and it is great to see her open for dating. We hope she finds someone great soon.
