Khai Wu is a brilliant mixed martial artist who is currently signed with the PFL. The fighter met Zuckerberg and agreed to help him train and spar. The 28-year-old has worked with Zuckerberg for a while now and has been close to him as well.
So in a recent conversation with Essentially Sports, he opened up about the future of Zuckerberg vs. Musk. The X CEO always tries to make interesting conversations and bets come to life. However, did this fighting proposal against Zuckerberg go a bit too far? Here’s what Wu had to say about it all.
“I think Mark is actually interested in moving on to actual (fights),” Wu said. “He’s such a competitive guy that he wants something legit… if he wants to fight an actual fighter in whatever league or whoever he wants, you know I’m there to back him up.” Wu told interviewer Noah Lack that it’s all up to Zuckerberg and what he decides. “If you go back and defer back to Mark’s last thread about that fight and conversation, he said he wanted to move on and if he says that, I believe it and I haven’t heard anything since.”
So, it looks like when Zuckerberg addressed the fight over Meta’s latest innovation, ‘Threads’, he meant it. Khai Wu is willing to back up the Meta CEO no matter what he decides. However, for now, it looks like Zuckerberg might opt for real fights instead of trying to get Musk inside a cage with him.
