'Gamer' forced the doctors to intervene and stop his first fight making a debut with a win via TKO (Doctor Stoppage). He fought two more times in XFS and won both of them before moving on to KSW which became almost his home for the next eight years. He showcased his superb prowess in striking in his very first KSW fight against Mateusz Zawadzki on 8 June 2013. The 32-year-old won via a TKO (Corner Stoppage). Although he signed with Cage Warriors Fighting Championship in 2014, he decided to return to KSW just after a single fight.

Gamrot fought 14 times under the KSW banner and also earned the Featherweight and Lightweight championships of the promotion. He finally made his entry into the UFC on 17 October 2020 at UFC Fight Night 180. 'The massively anticipated Polish' tasted defeat for the first time in pro-MMA in his very first UFC bout.
