In the last few seasons, the Bulldogs have become one of the strongest teams under Coach Few’s leadership. Mark Few Record Coach Few has been at the helm of the Gonzaga Bulldogs for over 21 years but has been unable to lead them to a title. They finished as runners-up in 2017, after losing to the North Carolina Tar Heels in the finals. Their first Elite Eight appearance under Few came in 2015, and when they reached this stage again in 2017, they went all the way to the Final but fell to the Tar Heels in a heart-breaking loss. That is the Bulldogs’ best-ever finish at the NCAA tournament. But the Bulldogs’ barren run could end this season. After 21 games, they are unbeaten, and that’s why Few’s Bulldogs are the favorites to win the 2021 NCAA tournament.
