Darren Till 2021: Record, Net Worth, Salary, and Endorsements
Darren Till is perhaps one of the most entertaining fighters in the UFC. Not only does the Scouser put up exciting matchups, but he also has an appealing personality outside the cage. Fans know Till for being raw and funny on social media. As of August 2021, he sits at #7 in the UFC middleweight rankings.
Till started as a Muay Thai fighter and later transitioned to Mixed Martial Arts. Born in Liverpool, Till began training in Muay at the early age of 12. Three years later, he turned pro.
Till then found himself in a life-threatening altercation at a party. The Liverpudlian was stabbed in the back twice. This moment changed his life forever.
He traveled to Brazil to stay out of trouble and by the time he was seventeen, Till began his MMA training. After finding success in his amateur MMA career, he turned pro and racked up eight wins in 2013 alone.

Till amassed a record of 17-0 before challenging the former welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley. Unfortunately for Till, he got knocked down by a huge right hand from Woodley and then got submitted via D'arce choke.
It was his first MMA defeat. He then fought Jorge Masvidal before moving to middleweight to fight Kelvin Gastelum. His last fight was against Robert Whittaker in 2020, where he suffered a unanimous decision loss.
Now, he will step inside the octagon against the #5 ranked middleweight contender, Derek Brunson, on September 4, 2021.
