English right back, Aaron Wan-Bissaka kicked off his footballing career at the age of 11. Currently, the 22-year old is now playing his trade for?Manchester United. However, he spent his early days with Crystal Palace, rising through their ranks. It was only in late 2016 that he penned an official contract.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka finally got his big break during the 2017 pre-season with Frank de Boer at the helm as manager. Initially, Wan-Bissaka was deployed as a wing back, before being moved to a right back position. Unfortunately, chances were limited as he had to battle it out with Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Martin Kelly and Joel Ward for the berth.

It was only in 2018 that Aaron Wan-Bissaka featured more frequently in the Crystal Palace side, as the team began to be beset by injuries. In March that year, he was even awarded Crystal Palace?s Player of the Month. Afterwards, his performances improved and he was voted as Palace?s Player of the year.

Manchester United has snapped up the youngster on a 5-year deal from the transfer market, making him the sixth-most expensive defender in the summer of 2019.
