To play Thor, the Australian actor reportedly put on 30lbs weight with 20lbs consisting of muscles. For that, he sure would have to do some heavy bench presses, especially for his chiseled chest.

Busta Rhymes- 400 lbs

The rapper's form is not ideal and should not be imitated. However, he was 40 and this is an incline bench press so some leeway can be given.

Terry Crews- 405 lbs

Terry Crews' bench press comes from the time he did an recorded bench press in the 1991 NFL Draft Combine, He has only packed more muscle since retiring from NFL so possibly can bench even more.
