The reason behind focusing on cardio 


While explaining why cardio is important, Doucette said, “If you do cardio, you become a better burner. You burn more calories than last time. 


Further, he added,” Think of it: which diets are easier to fail—the diet where you can eat a lot of calories or to diet you have to starve yourself off? And so with more cardio comes more food, or food more calories, and it’s easier to control your weight,”
