“I’ll just simplify it and say, the aggresivity of Federer, the defense of Nadal and the defense of Djokovic. Those are the things I’m working on, with my shots.”
It’s as if he picked out the best possible qualities of a tennis player. Aggression is a must if a player wants to have any chance of intimidating his opponent and gain psychological victories. On the other hand, a strong defensive game helps to fend off long rallies, especially when your opponent is the one who’s serving.
