Now, with the release of the new-gen consoles, the title came to the PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles as well. Being a popular title, many fans poured in to buy it. However, to their surprise, they saw that the game has been made available to PS Plus users for free as a part of the January lineup.
Reddit user u/BraeWhyit found out about this recently after buying the game. The user posted the details of this on the PS5 subreddit. Sony sent the refund to this user to his PlayStation Store wallet. The user also mentions that since he got to keep the original license, he has access to both ps4 and ps5 versions of the game.
