Player pulls off ridiculous Rendezook move in Battlefield 2042

The open beta open program for Battlefield 2042 began earlier this week. Players might have witnessed some really amazing gameplay over the week. However, they couldn’t have been more hyped about a moment in the game than the recreation of Rendezook. A clip from the beta program has recently gone quite viral in the community, and it showcases a player pulling off the iconic Battlefield move.

The move involves a player and the opponent using fighter jets. In it, players will have to destroy an opposing player and their fighter jet by flying upwards and then jumping out of their jets to shoot them with a Rocket Launcher. To cap it off, they will also have to enter their jet again mid-air after defeating their opponent.

Why the Rendezook means so much to fans

The iconic DICE franchise has a lot riding on its latest iteration following the drab Battlefield V. Many players believed that the developers changed the series’ tone, and this prevented them from pulling off crazy moves, tricks and kills that they can only do on a Battlefield game.

However, it all changed when the reveal trailer for the game dropped earlier this year. The trailer showcased a lot of exciting action, with kills that absolutely wouldn’t happen in the real world. Along with that, in the end, the trailer showcased a small recreation of the Rendezook, which first happened in Battlefield 3. When players found out that they can pull it off in Battlefield 2042, everyone knew that DICE was creating an entertaining and outrageous FPS title that fans of the franchise would love.
