Manchester United is having a terrible time in the Premier League this season. The addition of Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane, and club legend Cristiano Ronaldo hasn’t helped the club as expected. As a result, rumor has it, that Ole might not be at wheel for long now.

United started the season in amazing fashion, with four wins from their first five games. However, things went down south from there as they secured just 1 win from their next 6 games. To no surprise, fans have been consistently calling for Ole to be sacked, and hence, the Norwegian manager is under immense pressure to turn things around.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still confident in his team

In an interview before their match against Watford tomorrow, Ole talked about his disappointment and the ongoing communication between the squad.

When you lose a game you’re always disappointed and under pressure, we’ve been communicating openly and honestly. We’ve corrected a few things, put some things right. I’m sure we’ll see a reaction and a good performance tomorrow,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said.

This isn’t the first time Ole has been under scrutiny, but it’s hard to see him continuing at the club if the tides don’t turn. Manchester United faced one of the most humiliating days of their recent history when they lost 5-0 to fierce rivals, Liverpool.

Additionally, local rivals Manchester City too, were a class apart as they looked comfortable in their 2-0 win against United. For a team that is supposed to be challenging league leaders Chelsea for the top spot, Ole is seriously underperforming.

Cristiano Ronaldo and David de Gea have been the club’s saviors so far this season. The Portuguese proved that age is just a number for him as he is the club’s top scorer. Bruno Fernandes, Raphael Varane, and Edinson Cavani have also been brilliant every time they have played, but those are the only positives for Ole this season.
