Thiago Alcantara and his injury troubles this season
Thiago has been impressive with his performances for the club every single time he has played, but he has only been able to play 20 times for the club this season. He suffered a calf injury that ruled him out for two months, and shortly after that got diagnosed with COVID-19.
As if that wasn’t unfortunate enough, he suffered another hip injury before finally returning to play in February. This injury is the fourth injury that he has suffered this season, and it’s yet to be seen how long the midfielder will be kept off the pitch this time around.
However, the midfielder is still a brilliant player and Liverpool fans would hope that the Spaniard will come back as soon as he can.
